When things are not happening the way we want it, let us not forget to do some breathing exercise. This will actually help us release all the negative feelings that we have. As a result, we will be able to start a new beginning. I usually do this every time I feel stressed from all of the things that I am facing. I have to say that it really helped me a lot during those time.It feels like trying to remove all the toxic things in life that have been stored in your life.
