![]() A fear I’m grappling with as I contemplate another year of Shine From Within is the fear of appearing superficial. To address FEAR, and this idea of false evidence appearing real, I’ve posed the question: What’s true?
My second question: Can we use positive evidence to counter fear? (Oops, closed question.) Yes. My positive evidence is that I care, I’m doing some of the inner work, and I’m willing to share some of that process. I will use the two fingers on my left hand to point to fear and bravely beg it to come just a little closer so that I can explore it with these questions:

I do believe that fear is just a normal feeling that all of us will definitely experience. But I just want to remind you that fear should not become the reason why we have to stop ourselves from achieving our goals. I know that there will be times that we will just let fear get into our ways, but please make sure that it will not be for too long. As what other people always say, you have to learn how to successfully overcome fear so that you can be the best version of yourself.
